new poem!

so i have written a new poem! i really like it! and i based the poem off of the painting, the kiss, by francesco hayez. beautiful painting! and i found this painting in the great book of italy, which jon gave me for christmas! so thank you jon! :D tehe! well anywho, here's my poem








unforgiven
(after Francesco Hayes, The Kiss)

he to me was none.
left to dead
by the simple wrong word.

come back
and say the right
whisper in my ear
of simple love
make it possible
do the undoable
prove thy mercies
and come to me.
come back
and think the right
and the wrong will
leave my subconscious

sway me with charms
put your hand over my heart
to shut it up in my chest
and take my words
and silence them in my head.
come back
and do the right
come back
and with lips
inspire tears to stay in ducts.
