so i'm in financial lit..bored again..lol! anywho. i've been writing poems for my creative writing class and i thought i'd write some! i cant do all the cool line breaks though..cuz this computer is lame and won't let me indent..oh well. here's some of the poems i've been working on!

grunge and grace

slouching. cringing. grunge.
casting a spell
with hell-fire
deep set in your eyes
shooting burns. leaving
us
cold.

subtle
calm
grace. singing
sweet
apologies. then
fluttering away
politely forgiving
never
forgetting.

Humble the Lion
stalking the Sinner
a smile rejected
frosting the rose
shatter
the Heart
Breaks
the soul

Alone
in the Den
angry Snarls
drooling
creeping forward
Open mouths
shut.

angels deserve angels

empty and misty
walk through a
crowd and find
the one
lost and burning
stand still in a
running circling
moving world

stop

from the background
a light
a heart
a smile
gave the broken
another try
like an angel
to a sinner
an undeserving life
turned around
