winter break update!

so little update in my life! so its been christmas break this past week and i've been laying around a lot which has been soo nice!! the saddest part of the break has been the lack of boyfriend..he's been in florida this whole time..and he's coming back next week..sniffle..but its ok! he's called me a number of times everyday so its all good :D
so for christmas i got a nice flat iron! a little speaker thingymagig for my ipod that i could take with me to college next year! a few dvds! and have to mention rock band! it was more of a present for the whole family, but ya know. its cool. lol! so yeah! very very good christmas! and um this week i'll be working and possibly going to the human body exhibit and probably practicing my scene with mike and possibly hanging out with my girlies on new years, i'm not sure what i'm doing new years...but yeah ya know. just chilling out :) its been nice and relaxing this winter break!

so i have written a new poem! i really like it! and i based the poem off of the painting, the kiss, by francesco hayez. beautiful painting! and i found this painting in the great book of italy, which jon gave me for christmas! so thank you jon! :D tehe! well anywho, here's my poem

he to me was none.
left to dead
by the simple wrong word.

come back
and say the right
whisper in my ear
of simple love
make it possible
do the undoable
prove thy mercies

and the wrong will
leave my subconscious

sway me with charms

surprise!

hey! i got my hair cut last friday! and i went to WA the next day and shocked everyone! it was great!! i love my new hair..its so low maintenance! its great :D

well since i'm blogging, i'll tell you about WA! it was the funnest dance ever!! and you wouldn't think so cuz its one of the less significant dances, but i dunno, it was just SOO much fun!!!! we only had three couples in our group; tracey and stu, ashley and case, and me and jon. we went to benihana for dinner. it was soo good! then we went to the dance, which was in the slc library..which was weird cuz it was a high school dance in the library....but it was soo fun! and that building is beautiful! love it! and then afterwards we went to tracey's house and ate junk food and played guitar hero. lol! it was quite entertaining! :D and jon is such a fun date!! i kinda like him..just a little.. ;) lol! but yeah! so fun stuff!

bored in school..

so i am currently sitting in my first period and we're just reading a chapter from the text book.. boring.. so i thought i'd write! lol!
soo..all thats really new is i'm in productions which is cool. we just had auditions for our one act comedy, the rules of comedy, and i'm really excited to see the cast list! i'm nervous too..i would really like to get a part..cuz its my senior year and all..and it would be SOO fun to play the dramaturg in the show!! hilarious part! oh man.. but yeah i'll keep you posted.
i'm also getting ready for UTA (utah theater association) auditions. a bunch of colleges will be there and seniors get to audition for them for scholarships! i have my audition ready for the most part, just need to work on a few things research some stuff..but i feel pretty confident about it! and i'm not too worried cuz i do already have a scholarship to suu, but if i coud get any additional scholarships that would be oh soo helpful! so..yeah!
oh and i'm gearing up for the ACT on saturday. i'm nervous about it.. i hear the math portion is hard..which is no good cuz i SUCK at math!! i'm not worried about the rest of it. i love english and science, but math....*gulp*
also on saturday its the WA (women's association) dance and i will be taking jon! he is soo sweet! i really like him.. :D and i spend as much time with him as i can! ya know, when i'm not working or doing theater stuff.. ;)
oh! and my schedule this tri is ridiculously easy, which therefore makes it boring. which is one reason i'm posting now instead of reading a textbook.. the class i'm in now is financial literacy, and my teacher is a computer technology teacher NOT financial lit teacher..she doesnt know math or anything included in finance..its great..and second is child care. i'm not the biggest fan of the teacher..and we dont get the kids till after winter break..so that class is a blur too! then third is ballroom and i really enjoy that class! and fourth is creative writing, love! then fifth is theater! easiest classes ever. i really do like my classes! but i just dont have homework ever and the day goes by slow and i hardly do anything and..yeah..
i've ran out of things to say..and the class period isnt even half way over.. bleh.. lol!
